MAIN CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS:

– Chassis composed of two IPN or UPN profiled beams (IPN/UPN180 for ACP-15 and 17, IPN/UPN200 for ACP-20, 22 and 24) and reinforcing sleepers
– Truncated cone-shaped storage box with oval top and sides, allowing easy and quick unloading by tipping
– Reception box and compaction chamber with lid
– Rotating pendulum compaction plate with bronze pins and axle
– Waste retention pins at the storage box entrance to prevent waste from returning
– ø50 folding hook/handle with height adjustment (standard height 1450mm, 1500 and 1550mm)
– Two ø170mm lubricated rear rollers with central pin and bushings
– Oval discharge door with deflection wedge, manual or tilting side opening and rubber all around
– Three liquid drain plugs (two in the storage chamber)
– Compaction plate movement system (two double-acting cylinders)
– Hydraulic drive system (electric motor, pump, reversing valve with regeneration, oil tank, return filter, level and temperature indicator, pressure switches, level probe, pressure gauge, pipes and hoses) – Protection
and control system with programmable PLC and display (main control panel next to the work area and emergency button on the opposite side of the control panel)

– Materials: Compaction chamber with bottom made of S355JO/JR carbon steel sheet, 10mm thick, sides made of S275JR carbon steel sheet, 10mm thick.
Compaction plate made of S275JR/S235JR carbon steel sheet | Storage box with sides made of S355JO/JR carbon steel sheet, 4mm thick, bottom and top made of S235JR carbon steel sheet, 4mm and 3mm thick respectively. Discharge door made of S355JO/JR carbon steel sheet, 4mm thick, with tubular frame. Structural elements and reinforcements made of S275JR carbon steel profiles
– Anti-corrosion protection: Interior areas: Cleaning, degreasing and two coats of primer | Exterior areas: Cleaning, degreasing, two coats of primer and two coats of finish (colour to be determined)
