Supporting and fixing structure of the floor
Low-wear compaction chamber
Compaction plate with low-wear self-lubricating polyamide side and bottom guides, with scraper blades near the bottom
Movable drawers with low-wear self-lubricating polyamide side supports
Waste retention nails at the compaction chamber outlet to prevent waste from returning
Lashing arms to the container
Compaction plate movement system (two double-acting cylinders mounted in a scissor shape)
Hydraulic drive system (electric motor, pump, reversing valve with regeneration, oil tank, return filter, level and temperature indicator, pressure switches, level probe, pressure gauge, pipes and hoses)
Protection and control system with programmable PLC and display (main panel, side control boxes on one side and emergency button on the opposite side)
Materials : Compaction chamber made of Hardox 450 sheet metal, 8mm thick. Compaction plate made of S235JR carbon steel sheet. Structural elements and reinforcements in carbon steel profiles S275JR
Anti-corrosion protection: Internal areas: Cleaning, degreasing and two coats of primer. External areas: Cleaning, degreasing and two coats of primer. External areas: Cleaning, degreasing, two coats of primer and two coats of finish (colour to be determined)
