MAIN CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS:

Chassis composed of two IPN or UPN profile beams (IPN/UPN180 for CRS-15 and 17, IPN/UPN200 for CRS20, 22 and 24) and reinforcing sleepers
Truncated cone-shaped storage box with oval top and sides, allowing easy and quick unloading by tipping
Compaction chamber
Trapezoidal receiving hopper
Compaction plate with low-wear, self-lubricated polyamide guides on the sides and bottom, with scraper blades near the bottom
Movable drawers with low-wear, self-lubricated polyamide guides
Waste retention claws at the storage drawer entrance to prevent waste from returning
Height-adjustable Ø50 hook/handle (standard height 1450mm and 1500mm)
Two Ø170mm lubricated rear rollers with central shaft and bushings
Oval discharge door with deflection wedge, with manual side opening or tilting
Two liquid drain plugs
Compaction plate movement system (two double-acting cylinders mounted in a scissor-like fashion)
Hydraulic distribution system, operated by the truck (reversing valve with regenerator, pressure filter, pressure switches, pressure gauge, pipes and hoses)
Control system with programmable automaton (control boxes on the sides of the compaction chamber)

Materials: Compaction chamber with 5mm thick Hardox 450 sheet metal bottom, 8mm thick S355JO/JR carbon steel sheet sides. Compaction plate with S235JR carbon steel sheet. Storage box with 4mm thick S355JO/JR carbon steel sheet sides, 4mm thick S235JR carbon steel sheet bottom and top, 4mm and 3mm thick S235JR carbon steel sheet. Discharge door with 4mm thick S355JO/JR carbon steel sheet, with tubular frame. Structural elements and reinforcements with S275JR carbon steel profiles.
Anti-corrosion protection: Internal areas: Cleaning, degreasing and two coats of primer. External areas: Cleaning, degreasing, two coats of primer and two coats of finishing enamel (colour to be defined).
Construction in accordance with the Machinery Directive (Directive 2006/42/EC).
