VCB Shear Guillotine

Built using the highest-grade steels available on the market, such as Hardox® 450/500 and Strenx®, this machine is engineered to withstand heavy structural impacts caused by rail-breaking operations.

It features a reverse-mounted cylinder enhanced with an augmented stroke and equipped with a Power-Speed valve, ensuring fast work cycles while protecting the hydraulic cylinder rod from wear—a system entirely designed by Verco Srl.

The unit is equipped with a 360° hydraulic rotation system, including a gear motor, pressure control valves, and anti-cavitation valves, allowing for quick and precise positioning on the rails.
