Its structure is entirely built using the highest-quality steels available on the market, such as Hardox® 450/500 and Strenx® 700, in order to minimize energy consumption and reduce the frequency of maintenance operations.

The machine features a reverse-mounted cylinder with increased axial movement and a Power-Speed valve, ensuring fast work cycles and protecting the hydraulic cylinder rod from wear—a system fully developed by Verco Srl.

It is specifically designed to ensure zero structural wear. All components within the crushing area are protected with interchangeable, quick-release wear-resistant plates.
