Verco VFG-250 Shear Guillotine with Rotation for Reinforced Concrete

Its entire structure is made from the highest-quality steels available on the market, such as Hardox® 450/500 and Strenx®, in order to minimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.

The unit features a reverse-mounted cylinder with extended axial movement and a Power-Speed valve, ensuring fast working cycles and protecting the hydraulic cylinder rod from wear caused by the constant friction between reinforced concrete rebar and structural concrete—a proprietary system fully developed by Verco Srl.

Equipped with 360° hydraulic rotation, the machine includes a gear motor, pressure control valves, and anti-cavitation valves to ensure fast and precise positioning.

It is designed to guarantee zero structural wear. All components within the crushing zone are protected by quick-release, interchangeable wear-resistant plates.
