Description
MAIN CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS:
- Chassis composed of two longitudinal beams with IPN or UPN profiles (IPN/UPN180 for CRS-15 and 17 models, IPN/UPN200 for CRS-20, 22, and 24 models) and reinforcement cross members.
- Truncated-conical storage container with an oval top and sides, allowing for easy and quick unloading by tipping.
- Compaction chamber.
- Trapezoidal-shaped receiving hopper.
- Compaction plate with lateral and bottom guides made of self-lubricating, low-wear polyamide, with scraper blades on the bottom.
- Mobile hoppers with self-lubricating, low-wear polyamide guides.
- Waste retention claws at the entrance of the storage container to prevent material backflow.
- Foldable hook/handle Ø50 mm with adjustable height (standard height: 1450 mm and 1500 mm).
- Two rear rollers Ø170 mm lubricated with a central shaft and bearings.
- Oval unloading door with a deflection wedge, with manual or tipping lateral opening.
- Two liquid draining plugs.
- Compaction plate movement system (two double-acting cylinders mounted in a scissor configuration).
- Hydraulic distribution system powered by the truck (reversing valve with regeneration, pressure filter, pressure switches, pressure gauge, pipes, and hoses).
- Control system with programmable logic controller (control boxes on the sides of the compaction chamber).
Materials:
- Compaction chamber: Hardox 450 steel plate 5 mm thick for the floor; S355JO/JR carbon steel plate 8 mm for the sides.
- Compaction plate: S235JR carbon steel plate.
- Storage container: S355JO/JR carbon steel plate 4 mm for the sides; S235JR carbon steel plate 4 mm for the floor and 3 mm for the top.
- Unloading door: S355JO/JR carbon steel plate 4 mm with a tubular frame.
- Structural elements and reinforcements: S275JR carbon steel profiles.
Corrosion protection:
- Interior areas: cleaning, degreasing, and two primer coats.
- Exterior areas: cleaning, degreasing, two primer coats, and two finish enamel coats (color to be defined).
Construction in accordance with the Machinery Directive (Directive 2006/42/EC).
